Do not type a full question, such as how do I add a team member.
It's best just type a few key words, such as add team member.
This is because the results will only show pages that contain all the words that you enter.

For Salesforce merge fields such as {!count} or {!formurl}, try searching without the exclamation mark.

Search for a few key words, such as update photo, rather than a full sentence, such as how do I update my photo.
This is because search looks for all of the words in your search term, in any order. Searching for multiple words separated by spaces is the same as searching for words separated by AND, &, or +.
- Search for an exact phrase, such as "hr department", in quotation marks instead of hr department as individual words.
- Search for one term or the other by separating the words with OR, or |: vacation OR absence.
- Search for one term but exclude another by separating the words with NOT, !, or ^: team NOT member.
