To access Sage People HCM, use your unique login ID and password. Your initial view of the system depends on your Sage People security profile; the higher your level of access, the more you will be able to see. A standard employee will access WX and never have any access to the HR Manager Portal. As an HR Manager you are likely to have access to the HR Manager Portal and WX.
