Workforce Experience (WX) is Sage People's employee self-service portal. It is going through a transformation that brings the following:

• Increased system performance, scaling seamlessly as your business grows

Workforce Insights is a brand-new, AI-powered analytics tool available on WX to managers of all levels. It empowers them to:

• Receive actionable insights about their direct and wider teams

• Make data-driven decisions, increasing the likelihood of successful outcomes

• Uncover hidden risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them

• Anticipate future trends and capitalise on emerging opportunities

Slide 5: Voice of the Customer

With our Voice of the Customer initiative, we dedicate 40% of our resources to delivering key enhancements based on customer feedback we collect via our Customer Ideas Portal. It ensures we:

• Build trust and strong relationships by actively listening to our customers

• Shape the roadmap together via continuous conversations with our customers

• Deliver customer-centric solutions based on deep understanding of your needs

• Grow your usage of key features, continuously increasing the return on your investment

We will start sharing updates, communications, and documentation directly through Sage People’s HR Portal, so that HR users:

• Never lose important updates, maximising the value they get from the system

• Receive timely communications, staying ahead of new releases & features

• Can self-serve contextual help, reducing time spent searching through guides

• Remain engaged, informed, and confident, increasing their efficiency

Slide 7: Sage Copilot for HR & Payroll

After announcing Sage Copilot for Finance & Accounting in February 2024, we are excited to say it is also coming to HR & Payroll. For Sage People, the Copilot is a digital assistant that will enable you to:

• Receive guidance to perform activities faster

• Delegate simple but time-consuming tasks

• Automate repetitive, frequent workflows

• Create time & space to focus on your people

To simplify user management for customers, Salesforce has announced that permissions through profiles are moving towards end of life. This means Sage People will be moving away from profiles completely, and will only be managing user access through permission sets and permission set groups. To enable this transition, we will make it easy for permission sets to be assigned to new users, and add the ability to automatically migrate existing users from a profile to the equivalent permission sets. This migration will happen over the course of FY25 for most customers.

To keep up with the demands of an increasingly digitized world and a higher volume of larger, more complex data sets, we will be migrating customers from our current SFTP server to a new, enhanced SFTP server with increased availability and better scalability. This migration will happen over the course of FY25 for most customers.
