Enabling Broadbean access to vacancies

The Candidate Portal URL field value on the vacancy sourcing page is automatically generated and used to provide a link from Broadbean to a vacancy held in Sage People. When using Candidate Experience Portal either on its own or in parallel with Applicant Portal, the URL links to the vacancy on the Candidate Experience Portal. If you want to continue to link to the vacancy through the Applicant Portal you can modify the URL to do so.

Candidate Portal URLs generated for the Applicant Portal follow this format:

[Base URL]/fRecruit__ApplyJob?vacancyNo=[Vacancy Number]

where:

• [Base URL] is the URL recorded on the Recruit Configure page for your org.

• [Vacancy Number] is the unique Sage Peoplereference for the vacancy, displayed on the Vacancy Detail page and elsewhere.

Candidate Portal URLs generated for the Candidate Experience Portal follow this format:

[Base URL]/s/vacancy-details?vacancyId=[vacancy Id]

where:

• [Base URL] is the URL recorded on the Recruit Configure page for your org.

• [vacancy Id] is the unique Candidate Experience Portal identifier for the vacancy, displayed as the last part of the URL in the address bar when you select the vacancy on the portal.

Although the URL is automatically sent to Broadbean you can confirm vacancy details before posting, with an option to edit the URL on the Broadbean posting webpage. You can review the URL before submitting.
