Sage People with AI data grounding - enabling

Understand the two steps involved in enabling data grounding in Sage with AI.

Step 1: enable data grounding per policy

Note The default installation has this unchecked as a fail safe position. This ensures no data is accessible unless you want it to be.

In each policy you want to enable for HR assistant, check the Use Data from the Org checkbox on the Sage People with AI tab.

This lets you select the populations within your system for which you want to make this feature available. Without enabling this option in the policy, HR Assistant won't attempt to use any data outside of the policy and procedure library.

Step 2: enable which fields you want HR Assistant to use in each object

Note The default installation makes no fields available as a fail safe position. This ensures no data is accessible unless you want it to be.

The object level controls comes from a fields set HR Assistant Data Grounding which you will find on each object you make available to HR Assistant.

Add any data fields you want HR Assistant to use to refine its answers to the field set in each object.

As this is field set is driven, you can make different data selections available to different populations. You'll do this by using the standard field set override functionality available throughout the system.
