User guide - HR Assistant

Discover how to use HR Assistant in Sage People with AI.

Click on the Agentforce icon at the top of the screen in HR Portal to activate HR Assistant.

HR assistant lets you ask questions on behalf of team members based on libraries of process and policy documentation. You loaded these into your Agentforce libraries or your Sage People data at an earlier stage.

You can ask questions related to any team member that you normally have access to as you define by your HR Departments. These also relate to any fields your profile allows that you configured for HR Assistant to work with.

If you want more information about the fields configured for HR Assistant in your system, talk to your system administrator.
