Complete the Test Template

Complete the template as we've shown here in the sample template we provide:

  • Note the syntax with the employee name and following record ID. This is the record ID of the team member on behalf of whom you're asking the question. You only need the syntax in the testing center. It helps the process bypass the step you'll see when manually interacting. This is when it requires confirmation of the team member

  • You can leave Expected Subagent and Expected Actions as we've indicated in the sample. Currently, they won't vary

  • Be sure to save this as a CSV file
