Log in with single sign-on

If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) and/or multi-factor authentication (MFA), you’ll need to activate an authenticator app. This could be apps such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Salesforce Authenticator. Your browser may need other configuration to take advantage of single sign-on. Refer to your system administrator or HR representative for more information.

Log in with SSO

  1. Go to the self-service web address provided by your organization.
  2. Use your company-provided single sign-on credentials to authenticate. Depending on your company's setup, this can involve multi-factor authentication, sometimes known as 2 factor authentication (2FA). This is where you need to enter a code from an email, SMS, or authenticator app. It can also use biometric data to approve the login.

When you've successfully logged in, the system redirects you to the WX self-service portal homepage.

Tip You can change or reset your registered device for two-factor authentication, add a new device, or deregister a lost or stolen phone. The process depends on your provider. Contact your administrator or HR representative for guidance.
