Find the Salesforce instance used by your Sage People org:

In Salesforce Lightning Experience, go to Setup and select Company Information

The screen displays Instance i in the Organization Detail section
Now go to https://status.salesforce.com/

Select your Instance
On the Status & Maintenance page, the Release version displays next to the Instance name.
