HR requests workflow for HR Managers

People Management Workflow in WX enables managers to submit employment change requests (HR requests) in a simple workflow where they can select the request type, complete the fields and submit the request for approval. Sage People Y25.1 release makes a similar workflow available in the HR Manager portal.

To make the workflow available to HR Managers in your org in this initial release, you need to set up an override for the New button for HR requests. When the override is in place, ?????? selecting New launches the HR request creation workflow rather than the standard Salesforce New dialog. In a future release, the override will be in place as standard functionality.
