To ensure Team Members associated with the Policies where you have enabled Tax Forms can use the Tax Forms process successfully in WX, check the fields required by Symmetry are completed.
The required Team Member fields are the following:

Social Security Number (fHCM2__Social_Security_Number__c)

Home Address 1 (fHCM2__Home_Address_1__c)

Home Address City (fHCM2__Home_Address_City__c)

Home Address State/County (fHCM2__Home_Address_Region__c) completed with the 2-letter U.S. state code

Home Address Zip/Post Code (fHCM2__Home_Address_Postal_Code__c)
If Home Address 2 (fHCM2__Home_Address_2__c) is completed, it is also passed to Symmetry.
The Team Member's Employment Record needs to link to a Work Location and the Work Location's address fields are required:
