Issue Description
Plan deletion You cannot delete a plan if it includes 10,000 (ten thousand) team members or more.
Upgrading from versions 2.0 - 2.5

If you are upgrading to Compensation Planning 3.1 or later from versions 2.0 - 2.5 you need to delete three fields from the Plan object in your org:

Edit Effective Date

Effective Date

Plan Type

These fields have been moved from the Plan object to the Plan Type object with the latest release - leaving the fields on the Plan object can cause a Required fields are missing message when building a Plan.

To delete the fields:

  1. Go to Setup > Platform ToolsObjects and Fields > Object Manager.
  2. Select the Label for the Plan object.
  3. Select Fields & Relationships.
  4. For each of the three fields Edit Effective Date, Effective Date, and Plan Type select the Action drop down and select Delete.

    You are asked to confirm.

  5. Select Delete.
