Latest Enhancements
Before installing Compensation Planning:

Make sure the sharing settings for the Audit Trail and Plan objects are set to Private:
- Go to Setup > Security > Sharing Settings
- In the Organization-Wide Defaults Related List, select Edit.
- For the Audit Trail and Plan objects, select Private in both the Default Internal Access and Default External Access picklists.
- Select Save.
You are sent an email to confirm the sharing settings have been changed.
Sage People Compensation Planning release 4.19 includes the following enhancements:

Controlled HR Manager access to compensation planning records for all Team Members in their departments.
Access is managed by a new permission set, Sage People HR Manager Compensation Planning Configure, and through automatically configured sharing settings granting appropriate access to HR Managers.

Replacement of two objects:

The Team Member Plan object has been replaced by the Employee Plan object.

The Comments object has been replaced by the Employee Plan Comments object.
All data held by the replaced objects is automatically migrated to the new objects when you install the package.
If you generate reports using data from the superseded Team Member Plan and Comment objects, or you have tabs giving access to them, you must update your org using the names of the new objects.

Plan layout, enabling all Plan fields to be displayed.
Includes Related Lists for Employee Plans, Plans, and Budget Pots.

Employee Plan layout, enabling all Employee Plan fields to be displayed.
Includes a Related List for Employee Plan Comments.
