Recent Enhancements
Sage People Compensation Planning release 4.12 included the following enhancements:

Use a formula to provide a bonusable salary for bonus calculations. Previously, bonus calculations were based on the current Annual Salary. You can define more than one formula and assign one to each Plan.
Sage People Compensation Planning General Availability release (version 4.3) included the following enhancements:

Assign your choice of Top Planner to submit the overall, main Plan. Defaulting to the CEO, you can now set the Top Planner to the person you choose. See Setting up a Plan.

Significant enhancements to the user interface for Plans in WX:

Planners can now choose the columns displayed on their Plans, enabling them to focus on the input fields relevant for their teams. Columns can be hidden or displayed as needed, with the full default display restored each time the Plan is closed and re-opened by the Planner.

Plans now display columns grouped by section - Team, Additional Information, Salary, and Bonus. Planners can move the sections with all included columns using drag and drop. The default display is restored each time the Plan is closed and re-opened by the Planner.

Plans now enable Planners to drag and drop individual columns to display in the order required. The default display is restored each time the Plan is closed and re-opened by the Planner.

Plans can be filtered on the values in the Requested... fields.

Planners can pin columns to create a non-scrolling area on the left of the Plan, enabling key reference fields to be constantly in view as the Plan is scrolled horizontally.
