You need HR Manager-level access supported by a dedicated Compensation Planning HR Manager permission set to view Compensation Planning records for the Team Members in your HR Departments.
Use the available Related Lists added to Team Member pages to view:

Plans
If your Team Members are Planners you can display Plan summaries for their Plans.

Employee Plans
Each Team Member included in a Plan has the entered information captured in an Employee Plan.

Employee Plan Comments
Any text comments added to a plan for a Team Member are stored and available for you to view. Comments are typically added by Planners to justify out of budget awards, or to explain zero awards for eligible employees.
To make changes to Compensation Planning records for Team Members you must use the Compensation Planning process in WX - the HR Manager Portal does not enable you to change record values for Compensation Planning.
