Note
Sage People has two different types of objectives for performance management processes: Objectives and Enhanced Objectives. If you are not sure which objectives your organization uses, check out this comparison.

If you add enhanced objectives to your org with a data load, keep in mind draft objectives in Sage People Performance Management app are only visible to their creator. When you load enhanced objectives, the team members you are adding the objectives for are not the creators of their objectives, and cannot see the objectives you have added if the objectives are in the Draft status.
To make the loaded objectives visible to team members, set the objective status to Active.
