Sage People in the flow of work

Sage People is launching an integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook Calendar, available as part of the early adopter program.

The Sage People, HR & Payroll app for Microsoft Teams will provide seamless access to your Sage People system using a digital assistant that sits inside Microsoft Teams. The digital assistant enables team members and managers to perform everyday tasks such as checking absence balances and approving absence requests directly in Microsoft Teams, without having to open a new interface.

When absences are approved through WX, mobile, or Teams, Sage People blocks out the absence in the team member's Outlook Calendar, and sends an invite for the absence event to the approving manager.

Complementing the Sage People desktop and mobile experiences, the Sage People, HR & Payroll app for Microsoft Teams will help to deliver better and faster workforce experiences, streamline HR processes, and provide employees with the ability to work effectively on the go, within the tools and devices they use every day.

Note Microsoft Teams and Outlook Calendar integration is available on a limited basis as part of the early adopter program.
