Candidate Experience Portal enhancements

Based on Salesforce Digital Experiences, the recently released Candidate Experience Portal offers a highly customizable site template, enabling you to configure the site to meet your exact requirements.

The Sage People Y22.4 release includes enhancements to Candidate Experience Portal to support vacancy specific and country specific screening questions. Screening questions are presented to candidates and their responses recorded. Responses are typically used to determine if a candidate can continue with their application. They commonly focus on compliance issues such as possession of the necessary work visas, or ask for confirmation of basic qualifications required for the role.

You can now:

  • Choose to define screening questions related to one or more vacancies. The questions can be held in question libraries and can be reused.

Available question response types include text, checkbox, dropdown, radio button, and date.

  • Add descriptive text to provide context for a question or a set of questions.
  • Classify questions as vacancy specific or country specific and use the classification to control how the question and its response are handled.
  • Select to hide responses to individual questions from all except the candidate and administrators; an important option when dealing with confidential information. The default is for responses to be viewed but not edited by members of the hiring team.

  • Copy a question library from one Vacancy to another.

New objects supporting the screening questions have been added to Sage People Recruit.
