Before installing Candidate Experience Portal

Before installing Candidate Experience Portal into your org:

• Ensure your org is switched to use Salesforce Lightning, not Salesforce Classic. Candidate Experience portal requires Salesforce Lightning.

• Ensure Recruit version 32.13 or later and Recruit Enterprise version 10.5 or later are both installed in your org.

  Recruit integrates with Candidate Experience Portal and hosts vacancy, candidate, and application information, as well as candidate questions. Candidate Experience Portal cannot work without Recruit.

Enable these features:

• Digital Experiences

• Person Accounts

• Consent Event Stream
