Work Days Patterns | Troubleshooting

"This process is unavailable for the current team member or team error" in WX

To resolve, check all fields for recurring holidays are correctly configured. The most common reason for this error is an inconsistency in the configuration of the work days holidays in the work days pattern assigned to a team member.

Public holiday appearing incorrectly in the Absence calendar

Check the configuration of the work days holiday.

The deduction for an absence request is incorrect

Check the working and non-working days and public holidays in the work days pattern assigned to the team member either:

  • Through the HR Department or policy
  • An override on their Employment Record

Wrong public holidays are showing in a team member’s Absence calendar

Check if the team member has a work days pattern override on their Employment Record.

"Unknown field: fhcm2__work_days_pattern__c" error when data loading

If you get this error trying to import work days holidays to a work days pattern, check API name of the Work Days Pattern field in the data load csv file and correct if necessary.

The template generator in Sage People Data Loader can generate the field API name incorrectly as fhcm2__work_days_pattern__c when the field API name actually is fHCM2__Work_Days__c.

The Accrual Log or the Time Off process in WX does not load

To resolve:

  • Check if any work day patterns have any letters in the Day field, such as "23rd" or "14th" rather than "23" or "14".

The Day field only uses numbers. Any other kinds of values can cause the Accrual Log or the Time Off process in WX not to load, even when you are not viewing a team member associated with the pattern with the error.

  • Check all absence accrual patterns have associated absence accrual rules. If a pattern has no rules, it can prevent the Accrual Log or the Time Off process in WX from loading.

"ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION" error when exporting a work days pattern

Check for and remove any brackets and commas from the work days pattern name. Brackets and commas result in the export process to consider them as columns in the .fs file, which causes the error.

"No such column 'ConnectionReceivedID'" error when importing a work days pattern, absence accrual rule, or a Payflow service

This error indicates the file being imported was created in a org with Salesforce to Salesforce enabled, which is not present in the org to which you are importing it.

To resolve:

  • Ensure all reusable .fs files are created in orgs without Salesforce to Salesforce enabled
  • Manually remove all references created by having Salesforce to Salesforce enabled, such as the value ConnectionReceivedID from the .fs file you want to import. Test the import in a trial org without Salesforce to Salesforce enabled to check all issues are resolved before deploying to a production org.

Wrong public holidays display when using a policy override

When using a policy override and there is no work days pattern associated with the policy used as an override, public holidays display according to the work days pattern associated with the original policy rather than being blank from the override.

To resolve, associate a blank work days pattern with the policy used as an override.
