Work Schedules | Object relationships

The following illustration presents a simplified representation of the relationships between the key objects related to Work Schedules in Sage People: a work schedule consists of working days, which consist of time segments. A work schedule can be assigned to a team member through their employment record, or through the policy assigned to the team member's HR department or the policy override. In either case, the absence accrual pattern and work days pattern associated with the policy apply alongside the work schedule:
