What you need to do

Complete these steps so HR Administrators and Planners can start to work with Sage People.

  • Compensation Planning works closely with the Sage People Human Capital Management (HCM) package and requires HCM version 30.11 or later. Ensure you have the latest version of the Human Capital Management and Compensation Planning packages installed in your org .
  • Access to Compensation Planning is controlled by Permission Sets. Ensure you have assigned a Compensation Planning Permission Set to the Administrators, HR Managers, and Planners who are going to use Compensation Planning. You can assign Permission Sets in bulk.
  • Ensure your data meets the requirements for Compensation Planning.
  • Change field labels if necessary.
