Absence Accrual Patterns
Absence Accrual Patterns enable you to define groups of settings for absence and vacation recording. Absence Accrual Patterns are associated with a Policy. Alternatively, you can use the Absence Accrual Pattern field on the Employment Record to override the Policy setting for specific employees; for example you may have agreed a 30 day annual leave for one employee rather than the standard 25 days. You do not need to have a HR Department & Policy for an Absence Accrual Override.

You can run a report to see how many Team Members have an Absence Accrual Pattern override on their Employment Records.

Does your organization book annual leave and absence in days? If so, you may have a longer list of Absence Accrual Patterns to include part timers.
Moving your part timers to hourly will help to reduce the number of Absence Accrual Patterns.
