Work Days Patterns and Work Schedules
Work Days Patterns and Work Schedules enable you to define working hours and days for groups of Team Members. Work Days Patterns and Work Schedules are associated with a Policy. Alternatively, you can use the Work Days Pattern field on the Employment Record and the Work Schedules tab to override the Policy setting for specific employees.
-
You can run a report to see which Team Members have a Work Schedule linked to their Employment Record or a Work Day Pattern override on their Employment Record.
-
Ensure each Policy includes a Work Days Pattern matching the working days for the Hours per Week field.
-
A Team Member may have a Work Days Pattern override if they are on a flexible week; for example Monday - Sunday, overriding Monday - Friday, or allowing for work on a public holiday.
-
Use Work Schedules for more advanced requirements. For example 4 days on, 4 days off, or a 14 day working pattern. The Work Schedule then overrides the Work Days Pattern associated with the Policy, but can still include Public Holidays.
