Lightning page layouts

Salesforce Lightning gives you more control over page layouts, enabling you to organize each page with key information in easily accessible locations. You can avoid having to scroll through long lists searching for the data you need.

For example, organize the Employment Record page with:

  • Quick reference information in the highlights panel. Modify the Compact Layout for the page.

  • Tabs grouping Related Lists. In this example:

    • Compensation gives access to salary, benefits, and bonus Related Lists.

    • Absence Data gives access to absences and absence balances Related Lists.

    Select Edit Page beneath Setup on an Employment Record page.

  • Key Related Lists on the right of the page.

    Select Edit Page beneath Setup on an Employment Record page.
