Candidate Experience Portal: latest enhancements
Based on Salesforce Digital Experiences, the recently released Candidate Experience Portal offers a highly customizable site template, enabling you to configure the site to meet your exact requirements. Candidate Experience Portal is now assigned Early Adopter status and continues to add enhancements with the Sage People Y23.1 release:

Full support for resume parsing to align with Recruit functionality.

Resumes uploaded by candidates through the portal to an org with resume parsing enabled are parsed and the details added to the candidate record in the same way as resumes added to Recruit in other ways.

Key details such as name, phone number and email address are added to the candidate's profile in the portal, enabling the candidate to edit them as required.

Any changes made by the candidate through their profiles are reflected throughout Recruit.

Support for multi-language portals, enabling you to create one portal supporting multiple languages or multiple portals, each supporting a different language.

For a multi-language single portal display a language selector for the candidate, then display language specific content including dedicated privacy notices.

For multiple portals create complete, locale specific content to match the requirements of individual geographies.
