Your Sovren account must have Sovren Sub-Accounts enabled. Sage People enables Sub-Accounts on your behalf and acquires the associated Resume Parsing key and username for you.
When Sub-Accounts have been enabled:

Go to Setup and in Quick Find enter Installed Packages.

Find Recruit in your list of installed packages and select Configure in the Action column.

On the Sage People Recruit Configure page select the External APIs tab.

Scroll down to the Resume Parsing section and ensure all fields are populated, and that:

Use Resume Parsing is checked.

Enable AI Matching displays Enabled.
If AI Matching is not enabled, the field displays Ask Support to create an AI Matching Account and Username.

Select Save.
When the configuration is successfully saved a batch is triggered to parse all resumes added to your org in the last 18 months. Parsing processes the resumes for use by AI Matching.
To process resumes loaded manually to the Candidate page by your recruiters, select Start Batch to Parse All Resumes.
