Policy options

Option Description
Experience

Checkbox. If checked, the Experience process is active and Work History can be enabled for WX users.

Require Experience

Checkbox. If checked, the Team Member is prompted to enter their work history if they have none entered.

Edit Experience

Picklist. The lowest level able to create or edit Work History. Select from:

  • Team Member

    Can be created or edited by all.

  • Manager

    Can be created or edited by manager or HR

  • HR

    Can be created or edited by HR only.

Manager Confirms Experience

Checkbox. If checked, the Team Member's manager is prompted to approve work history entered by the Team Member.

Experience Manager Access

Picklist. The level of access granted to Managers through WX for their Team Members' Experience. Select the picklist and choose from:

  • None

    Managers have no access to Experience for their Team Members.

  • Read

    Managers can view but not edit Experience for their Team Members.

  • Edit

    Managers can view and edit but not delete Experience for their Team Members.

  • Edit and Delete

    Managers can view, edit, and delete Experience for their Team Members.

Experience Team Member Access

Picklist. The level of access granted to Team Members through WX to Experience. Select the picklist and choose from:

  • None

    Team Members have no access to their own Experience.

  • Read

    Team Members can view but not edit Experience for themselves.

  • Edit

    Team Members can view and edit but not delete Experience for themselves.

  • Edit and Delete

    Team Members can view, edit, and delete Experience for themselves.
