People Management Workflow, first released in Sage People Winter 21 release, provides a flexible process for HR Administrators to manage employment changes in their organizations. It enables HR Administrators to create different types of HR Requests containing only chosen fields. Managers can access the available request types in WX and use the one relevant to the change they want to make.
Both People Management Workflow and legacy HR Requests use the same HR Request object.
Managers in WX using People Management Workflow require the Sage People Platform Team Member fHCM Permission Set or equivalent permissions.
