US Benefits: rehire date field mapping now configurable

Sage People recommends creating a new Employment Record when re-hiring an employee. The new Employment Record includes a Start Date, which by default is mapped to the PlanSource hire date field, enabling the correct benefit calculations to be made.

If your organization does not create a new Employment Record for each re-hire and wishes to calculate benefits based on the re-hire date, you can now make use of a new field mapping between Sage People and PlanSource:

Current Start Date enables you to map a custom field holding a re-hire date to the PlanSource API hire date field.
