Option to restrict absence details visibility

Sage People Y22.3 introduces an option to restrict the visibility of absence details so only the Team Member and their direct manager can see them, but other managers higher up in the management hierarchy or cross reporting managers cannot.

When this option is enabled, the following details are only visible to the Team Member and their manager in WX: 

• the specific absence reason. Higher-up managers see the reason as Absence or Vacation.

• the Notes field and its contents

• supporting files attached to the absence record

• Accrual Log

If the manager has a delegate for the Time Off process, the delegate can see the same details as the manager.
