Enhancement to Action Emails batch

The Action Emails Send Batch sends emails for action events with an offset sending time. Previously, if your org had a large number of Team Members and action events to send, the batch could take a long time to run.

Sage People Y23.2 release introduces a new Action Email Batch Size field to the HCM package configuration page to enable you to adjust the number of Action Email items processed per batch. Previously, only 1 item was processed per batch. You can now set a value between 1 and 15.

Sage People recommends setting the batch size to 15 initially, to process action event emails more efficiently. Reduce the size if you experience issues with Salesforce governor limits. A smaller batch size can avoid meeting issues with Salesforce limits, but results in batches taking longer to run.
