Talent Acquisition: hide the interview worksheet
Recruit includes an interview worksheet for you to use as an aid when assessing an application. You can access the worksheet in the HR Manager portal through the application assessment stage, or through the WX Hiring Manager process. If your organization has no use for the worksheet you can now hide it by selecting a checkbox on the Recruit Configure page. Hiding the worksheet also hides the buttons used to activate it.
-
Candidate Experience Portal: Broadbean support
The Candidate Portal URL field on the vacancy sourcing page is automatically generated and used to provide a link from Broadbean to a vacancy held in Sage People. When using Candidate Experience Portal either on its own or in parallel with Applicant Portal, the URL now links to the vacancy on the Candidate Experience Portal. If you want to continue to link to the vacancy through the Applicant Portal you can modify the URL to do so.
-
Candidate Experience Portal: location filtering
Vacancies with multiple locations or with no location specified are now filtered and displayed effectively for candidates. You can separate multiple locations with commas or forward slashes (/).
-
Talent Acquisition: buttons disabled after selection
When creating a new vacancy requisition In the WX Hiring Manager process you can now select Save and Submit once only, preventing unintentional creation or submission of multiple vacancy requests. The same enhancement has been added to the Apply button for vacancies on the internal portal - you can only select the button once to prevent multiple applications. In both cases the buttons are grayed after selection and cannot be selected again in the same session.
