Dependent picklists causing issues finalizing HR requests, wrong picklist value in Job Change
Verify fields on Job History to ensure picklist fields are consistent across the objects involved. Test with Employment Record, change values directly.

Attempting to edit the Employment Record but get the "Unique_ID_Auto_Num__c does not belong to SObject type fHCM2__Job_History__c" error: :
Compare the fields in the Job History field set on the Employment Record with the fields that exist on the Job History object. If a field exists in the field set but does not exist on the Job History object, it causes this error.
A job history is not being created when an HR request is finalized
Review the fields included in Job History and compare them to the fields changed in the HR request. If the fields changed in the HR request are not included in Job History, a Job History record is not be created.
