Using People Groups in WX
People Groups enable WX users to search, join and create groups in order to connect with other team members based on shared interests or communities within your organization. Groups can be defined as private or public. Public groups are visible to everyone in the organization, private groups only to group members.
The My Groups screen in WX displays two tabs: Active and Discover.
- The Active tab displays groups where the user is a member.
- The Discover tab displays public groups the user can join.
Group Administrators can grant Administrator status to other Group members and to remove Administrator status from other Administrators in WX.
Active groups are visible in WX to team members who are members of those groups:
- In the People Groups WX Process.
- In the Team View of Absence.
WX users can view and join public groups on the Discover tab.
