Talent Planning
The Talent Plan process enables a manager or HR Administrator to record team member performance against potential, and risk of leaving against impact of loss. Results are displayed graphically using 9 box grids for individual team members on an org chart view and, if configured, for teams as a whole. The default is org chart view.
You can view Talent Plans for reports 2 levels down the org chart from you. The Talent Plan for your direct reports can be viewed by managers 2 levels up from you. For example, your manager's manager can see the plans of their own direct reports, as well as the plan for your direct reports. This encompasses team members across 3 org chart levels.
The Talent Plan is not seen by the team member, and is typically entered by the manager.
