Filing an Incident Report

The Incident Report process enables you to collect information about health and safety incidents and illnesses at work. Incident Reports are associated with Team Members' Employment Records. The Incident Reports process is not supported as a WX Process. All information for incident reports must be filled in and maintained using the HR Manager Portal.

Note

The Sage People Country Pack: U.S.A. package supplies additional fields for the Incident Report object to support generation of the OSHA summary report from Incident Report data.
