Policy options

Option	Description
Targets	Checkbox. If checked, the Targets process is active and can be enabled for WX users.
Manager View Only Targets	Checkbox. If checked, Targets are visible to managers as read-only. They will not be able to create or amend Targets.
Require Targets	Checkbox. If checked, an action is created for the manager if no current Targets exist for a team member. If not checked, no action is raised if no current Targets exist.
Target Basis	Picklist. The period over which Targets are set and actuals calculated. Select the picklist and choose from: Month Quarter Year
Use Target Calculate Actuals	Checkbox. If checked, actuals are calculated from Salesforce closed opportunities for all saved Targets. The calculation is executed through the Action Notification Batch each time the Sage People Digest is compiled and sent.

Picklists

To edit these default picklist values:

Go to Setup and select the Object Manager tab.
Select object, select the picklist field, go to the Values related list.

No other values are recognized.

Object fields

To rename these custom fields:

Go to Setup and in Quick Find enter Override.
On the Override page select the:
- Package hosting the object
- Language
- Setup Component = Custom Field
- Object
- Aspect = Field Label
Enter new values in the Field Label Override column
