Change in the Policy options for HR Requests and People Management Workflow

Following the release of People Management Workflow, it has shared the same WX Process definition with the legacy Employment Details Changes (HR Requests). As a result, enabling People Management Workflow added the Teams section process, but also left the legacy Employment Details Changes process active for managers in their direct reports' details.

Sage People Y22.1 release uncouples the two processes by adjusting what the Policy page options do:

• HR Requests option enables the legacy Employment Details Changes process in the direct report's details. Deselecting the checkbox disables the process.

• Use People Management Workflow enables the process in the Teams section in WX. Deselecting the checkbox disables the process.
