New mobile app release

A new release of the Sage People mobile app (version 2.1.0) for iOS and Android is coming to the app stores in May 2024.

The new release contains the following changes:

• Fixes for an issue where logging into the iOS app using other identity providers fails.

• Fixes for an issue where session expiry was not handled properly after logging out of the app.

• Changes how links to the Workforce eXperience (WX) platform behave. In the new release, links now open in the default browser of your mobile devices. This enables support for tabbed browsing and fixes an issue where some links did not open.

• Fixes for localization issues for Romanian and Hungarian.

• Updates to the experience for adding a time off event to your device calendar,

• Introduction of the ability to create a time off event by tapping on the start date in the calendar view.

In addition, the release contains general bug fixes and platform updates.
