Sage People is introducing an integration to an enhanced SFTP file transfer platform for Sage People Payflow, powered by GoAnywhere.
The new platform will provide seamless integration, secure file transfer, file encryption/decryption, and file forwarding capabilities for Payflow services. With improved availability, self-service capabilities, and automated setup, the new service will bring significant enhancements over the legacy SFTP solution.
The new file transfer platform provides the following features:

Automated account creation and service setup​

A self-service portal login with the ability to manage files, settings, and users

Flexible file encryption and PGP signing options

Integration to third-party payroll providers with file forwarding or automated file retrieval capabilities.
A number of new features have been added to Payflow to support the integration with GoAnywhere SFTP. The new options cannot be used until your organization has migrated to the new service.
Migration to the new service
This integration will be rolled out to replace the legacy Payflow file staging solution (CompleteFTP) during 2024. Further information and detailed migration guidance will be provided over the coming months.
