New Hire wizard performance enhancement

To address an issue related to Salesforce limits in the New Hire wizard, which resulted in an error when saving the new Team Member record and some of the entered information not being saved, the Sage People Y24.1 release includes a change to how a work days pattern override is selected.

Previously, the Work Days Pattern (Optional Override) field on the Absence tab of the New Hire wizard was a picklist field. In Y24.1 release, Work Days Pattern (Optional Override) is changed to a lookup field where you can search for and then select a work days pattern.
