Redesigned Performance Review
New in this release is a redesigned Performance Overview feature with the potential to transform the review process for your entire workforce, saving much time per employee and per review.
The new design brings together separate review processes in one user-friendly, contemporary, and intuitive single page. Users can now complete a performance review within a single screen grouping access to information from current objectives, OKRs, feedback, and previous reviews in one page. Preparation time is significantly reduced and the need to print review documents to see them during the review meeting is eliminated.
For managers, the redesign includes a new consolidated team page of performance reviews, delivering a single screen to compare and assess team performance. The page aids decision-making and reporting, and enables the manager to launch employee reviews with no need to navigate to a different process.

Workforce eXperience user interface enhancements: GA
Continuing our focus on customer feedback for the new user interface, we have made the following improvements in this release:
Homepage
The Homepage has been further enhanced with improved help text on Internal Communication Types when creating and amending a communication - users can more easily find help when needed. Customization has been extended with the option to configure both the WX help destination and the desktop browser favicon.
Note As previously communicated, the Y24.2 release retires the toggle enabling you to switch back to the legacy home page design. The new Homepage design is now mandatory to support the continued roll out of enhancements and improved user experience.Profile
The new look and feel includes the dedicated dynamic profile page showing all permissioned key information for an individual. The profile page now has improved usability and accessibility, and enables display of more data, including dependants, work history, education history, and passports. This release includes a profile summary card, improving ease and speed of access to key information.

People Management Workflow (PMW) final enhancements & HR Request process deprecation
The Y24.2 release enhances PMW with features requested by customers to increase adoption and usability. These final enhancements include the ability for delegated users to create employment change requests (HR requests), speeding up the process for managers. HR request types and descriptions can now be translated, adding to our extensive support for global companies employing staff who may have difficulty with the English default language.
As previously communicated, PMW is now the only option in the Sage People WX self-service portal with HR request functionality - a single process as a one stop shop for all employment changes.
Moving forward, new features will be added to PMW as part of future Voice of the Customer (VOC) enhancements.
