New customization options for WX
The Sage People Y24.2 release adds two new widely requested options to enable you to further customize your WX self service portal. You can now:
-
Change the Help link destination.
By default the Help link in the WX self service portal delivers the Sage People generic help system at https://help-people.sage.com/wx. You can now specify your own destination website, enabling you to deliver customized content to your self service users.
-
Change the favicon used to open your WX self service portal.
The favicon, also known as shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, provides a selectable image giving you access to WX. By default the favicon is a Sage branded image. You can now use an image of your choice.
