New charts and dashboards for Workforce Insights

Sage People Y25.1 release adds new charts and dashboards for Workforce Insights. To use Workforce Insights, organizations must have one user with Analytics Platform (or Analytics Plus) license; this is listed as CRM Analytics Growth or CRM Analytics Plus in Salesforce solution pricing descriptions. This is required to set up data refresh between the org data and the dashboard data. You can install the Workforce Insights package without a CRM Analytics license, but a user with a license is needed to set up the Workforce Insights app.

Note To use these Workforce Insights features, you'll need to assign the new Workforce Insights HR Administrator Permission Set. For the fully updated list of Workforce Insights Permission Sets, see Workforce Insights Permission Sets.

For team leads: 

  • A new section on feedback requests received and responded to as part of the Performance dashboard. For more information, see Feedback section.

  • A new section on team health as part of the Time Off dashboard. New charts in this section use a new field in the Absence Accrual Rule to determine which absence rules are for sickness absences. For more information, see Team Heath section.

  • A new toggle available for switching between time off in days and time off in hours, in the Time Off dashboard only

  • The naming convention for team lead dashboards has changed from "org chart" to "manager"

  • New dashboard functionality, introducing policy options to switch each dashboard on and off. Each dashboard is also associated with its own WX process. To view a dashboard in WX, you'll need:

    1. The dashboard switched on in your policy.

    2. A WX process added for that dashboard.

    3. To be assigned the permission set for team leader dashboards.

For the C suite:

  • A new Diversity dashboard with charts on gender and age group distribution among employees, new hires, and leavers, and a pay gap by gender chart. For more information, see Diversity tab.
