Control of vacancy visibility

We've improved how vacancies display to candidates in Sage to ensure a clearer and more consistent experience.

We wanted to create a cleaner, more trustworthy job search. This means candidates will now only see vacancies that are currently active, published and open for applications. We made this change to remove confusion for candidates caused by outdated, closed or unintended roles.

Candidate visibility

Candidates will now only see and access vacancies that:

  • have a status of Active

  • you've published to the a Portal

  • have an application close date that is today or later

Agency visibility

Agencies will now only see and access vacancies that:

  • have a status of Active

  • have an application close date that is today or later

  • have the Advertise to Agencies option selected
