HR Managers are Sage People users assigned to one or more HR Departments. HR Managers have access through the HR Manager Portal to the records of Team Members in their HR Departments. HR Managers can also have access to Team Member records through Sage People WX.
Settings in the Sage People HR Manager Profile govern overall access to objects; if an object is not checked to give access in the Profile, setting a related Tab On in the Profile and settings on the Configure Sage People HCM page have no effect.
