WX access

Sage People WX access to processes is controlled at two levels:

  • At the top level through the Fairsail HR Manager Profile.

    Make sure the Profile includes at least Read access to all data objects you want HR Managers to see through either the HR Manager Portal or Sage People WX .

  • At the bottom level through settings on the Sage People HCM Configure page:

    • By default, HR Manager access is the same as Manager access.

    • To change HR Manager access, check additional processes or uncheck existing ones.

    • The level of access—Read or Edit—is controlled by the setting granted to the HR Manager through their HR Department.
