Online publications

Sage People customer-facing content is moving from PDFs to online help format to make the content easier to find and maintain. This process is ongoing, and to date, the following content is available as online help:

  • Sage People Time and Attendance help center, with content from the following PDF guides:

    • Manage Time and Attendance

  • Sage People Performance and People Management help center, with content from the following PDF guides:

    • Manage HCM

    • Setup Performance and Talent Management

    • Manage Performance and Talent Management

    • Performance Management: Setup, Manage, Use

    • Setup Localization

    • Resource Manager: Setup, Manage, Use

  • Sage People WX help center, with content from the following PDF guides:

    • Use WX

    • Use Time and Attendance

    • Use Performance and Talent Management

    • Performance Management: Setup, Manage, Use

  • Sage People Analytics help center, with content from the following PDF guides:

    • Pulse Surveys

    • WX Reports

    • Reports and Dashboards

    PDF versions of the Analytics guides are currently planned to be discontinued with the Sage People Y22.3 release, July 2022. From that date Analytics content will be available through the Analytics help center.

The content team continues to publish PDF guides alongside online help content, but help content publication will be prioritized. PDF guides will move to periodic and less frequent publication over time. The team are working on publishing online content for other PDF guides as soon as possible. We are also focused on enhancing online content and making it easier for you to find the content you need.
