US Benefits moves to General Availability

The Sage People Y22.2 release sees US Benefits become generally available. The integration with third party benefits administration provider PlanSource has been extended to improve support for domains using Cloudforce - you can find full information in Setup US Benefits, available on the Sage People Community.

The integration has been further enhanced with two artificial intelligence modules, PlanSource DecisionIQ and PlanSource InsightsIQ:

• DecisionIQ uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide all employees with guidance when selecting their benefits. All health and voluntary plans are covered, cost comparisons are localized to the employee based on regional cost data, and HSA/FSA contribution guidance is included. Personal preferences can also be taken into account.

• InsightsIQ is an analysis engine providing an at-a-glance dashboard summary covering employees, benefits, and costs. InsightsIQ also gives in depth information including real time tracking of open enrollment elections, distribution of costs by benefit between employee and employer, and demographic breakdown of your employees.
